What is the FPV ? FPV is Filter Pressure Value Test (FPV test). It is for test and then show the dispersity of white and color masterbatch. Caculate the figure with this formula:

FPV=(Pmax-Ps)/Mc Pmax is the highest pressure of masterbatch flowing, Ps is the start pressure value of flowing. Mc is the weight of mixing test sample.

So Ps is fixed value, Mc is also fixed, if Pmax is higher, it means the flowing ability is not good. Flowing ability not good, one of the important reason is dispersity not good.
