Except the High TiO2 content, what other special feature of product YSR-939 ?
High FPV figure, good flowability for plastic process.
What is the FPV ? FPV is Filter Pressure Value Test (FPV test). It is for test and then show the dispersity of white and color masterbatch. Caculate the figure with this formula:
FPV=(Pmax-Ps)/Mc Pmax is the highest pressure of masterbatch flowing, Ps is the start pressure value of flowing. Mc is the weight of mixing test sample.
So Ps is fixed value, Mc is also fixed, if Pmax is higher, it means the flowing ability is not good. Flowing ability not good, one of the important reason is dispersity not good.

6. What is your factory background?

YSR-929, Good dispersity and good flowability. It is mainly used in film blowing, bottle blowing and calendering.
YSR-939, High TiO2 content and good flowability. It is mainly used in white masterbatch and for downstream applications: film blowing, bottle blowing and calendering.
YSR-928, Very good weather resistance and temperature resistance. It is mainly used in plastic injection molding, calendering, profiles, and pipes.
YSR-927, High tint strength and is mainly used in powder coating.
YSR-926, Good whiteness and high covering power, its suitable for various paint products.
